We are committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition. We offer returns and replacements strictly in cases of missing, damaged, or wrong products only.
- All issues must be reported to Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may change.
- Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch/shipment.
- Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To provide an added window of flexibility, orders can also be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, regardless of dispatch status, unless the item has already been shipped.
3. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Products (Returns & Replacement)
If you receive an item that is damaged, wrong, or missing from your order, please follow the steps below within 7 days of delivery:
- Report Timeframe: Contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
- Mandatory Proof: Provide your Order Number, clear photos of the product/packaging, and a continuous Unboxing/Opening Video as proof.
- Action: After review and approval, we will offer you a Replacement or Refund, as applicable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product integrity standards, the following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened Perfumes: Any perfume product that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
5. Return / Replacement Procedure
To initiate a return or replacement request:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide the mandatory proofs as listed in Section 3.
- Upon verification that the issue is our fault (missing, wrong, or damaged product), we will arrange for the return/replacement.
- Return Shipping Costs: If the issue is verified as our fault, the return shipping costs will be borne by us.
6. Refund and Replacement Processing
Refunds
- Approved Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Replacements
- If a replacement is approved, the new item will be dispatched within 7 days (subject to stock availability).
- If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead of a replacement.
